IF THE PACKAGE ARRIVES VISIBLY DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING, PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT IT FROM THE CARRIER. THAT WAY, IT WILL BE RETURNED TO US AT NO CHARGE TO YOU !!!
Auspex Scientific guarantees that all items shipped by us are in perfect condition. If you have bought something from us that you do not need, we are happy to accept return MINUS SHIPPING CHARGE AND A RESTOCKING FEE OF 20% BASED ON THE COST OF THE ITEM(S).
Please do the following:-
1. All returns must not be OPENED, USED or DAMAGED.
2. All returns must reach us within 30 days from the date of the purchase.
3. All returns will only be accepted if you first contact and inform us by email at email@example.com for a Return Authorization Number, so that we can make preparation to receive them.
4. Information about the credit card which you used to make the purchase must be provided with the returned items, together with any receipts, so that we can correctly credit your account. A re-stocking charge may apply.
If you would like to keep an item, but it arrived damaged, Auspex Scientific is happy to exchange the damaged item for a new one, but we ask that you do the following:-
1. You must first contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org for a Return Authorization Number within 2 weeks from the date of the purchase.
2. The item must be returned and reach us within 30 days from the date of the purchase.
3. You should write down on a piece of paper describing the nature of the damage, so that we know what is wrong with it.
4. Any receipts or purchase information such as credit card number, date of purchase, etc., must be provided so that we can reference your original purchase.
5. Auspex Scientitic reserves the right to refund you instead of sending you a replacement. This is usually done if the item you bought is not in stock or discontinued.
NOTE THAT FOR CERTAIN ITEMS, THE WARRANTIES ARE OFFERED BY THE MANUFACTURERS, AND NOT BY AUSPEX SCIENTIFIC. IN THESE CASES, YOU WOULD CONTACT THE MANUFACTURERS DIRECTLY!! For these items, we provide an indication in the description page. Please be sure to read the description carefully.
